Code of Ethic

The code of ethics and corporate culture is one of the most basic crucial guidelines in the practice of good corporate governance implementation. In WFI's business activities, this code of ethics and corporate culture is manifested in various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulations, and code of conduct. The Company's code of ethics is constantly upheld to enhance the Company’s integrity and corporate image, to improve risk and crisis management, to build the Company’s corporate culture and embody the Company's values, to enhance good communication with stakeholders, and to avoid legal litigation. WFI's code of ethics and corporate culture are also rooted in the applicable laws and regulations, as well as in the Company's vision, mission and objectives. WFI’s code of ethics and corporate culture are continuously promoted and incorporated in the document package distributed to every employee, and are enforced to all staff of every level.
