Biography
Jeong Hyuk Lee, a South Korean born in 1971, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He first started his career as Assistant Vice President at the multinational company The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) (2005-2013). He then started his new career in Woori Card as Deputy General Manager (2013-2020) and continued to become General Manager in various departments in Woori Card, such as Business Management Department, Human Resource Planning Department, Audit Department, Sales Department, and in Global Business Department in 2024. Mr. Jeong Hyuk Lee officially joined PT Woori Finance Indonesia through the GMS which was later legalized by Notary through Deed of Meeting Resolution Number 92 dated August 9, 2024.

Biography
Desti Liliati was born in 1979 in Tanjung Karang, Lampung, became an Independent Commissioner of PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk since 2010 / 2011. Desti Liliati began her career as an Associate Auditor of the public accounting firm Prasetyo & Sanjaya (Ernst & Young) until 2004, after she obtained her Accounting degree from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta in 2002.
She joined PT Batavia Prosperindo Sekuritas as Manager of its Corporate Finance Division (2004-2007). Her career continued at PT Strait Finance as Head of Finance Division (2007-2010), PT Karya Anugrah Kusuma as Head of Finance Division (2010-2011), PT Prima Cipta Jaya as Head of Finance Division (2011-2020) and Head of Finance Division PT Strait Merchants Capital (2020-present).

Biography
Sadhana Priatmadja joined PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk as Commissioner starting December 2022. At Bank Woori Saudara, he serves as Risk and Compliance Director (2020 - 2022), and has held various other positions such as Director of Business Support Directorate (2018-2020), Director of the Directorate of HC, CorpSec, Treasury & SOE (2017-2018). He graduated his Master degree in Islamic Economics and Finance from the University of Indonesia in 2011.
