Biography
Heon Joo Rhee, was born in 1963 and earned his Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University in Korea in 1991. He started his career as a financial expert at Korea Housing Bank Finance Industry (1989-1992), then joined Woori Bank Finance Industry (1992-2013) and held various positions throughout his career, from Assistant Manager to General Manager. Mr. Heon Joo Ree tried out the position of Managing Director through his career at Woori Card in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2022. Lastly, Mr. Heon Joo Rhee was appointed as President Director of PT Woori Finance Indonesia in 2024 through the Deed of Meeting Resolution Number 38 Dated 26 June 2024.

Jasin Hermawan, born in Jakarta in 1966, received a Masters in Management (M.M.) from the Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics in 2008 and Bachelor degree in Management from STIE Indonesia in 1993. He previously had his career in automotive sales at PT Karunia Mobilindo and PT Katana Furindo (1988-1993), continued to PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk. as Purchasing Staff (1993-1996) and as Marketing & Operation Manager at PT Bina Multi Finance (1996-2004). Jasin Hermawan joined PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance as Division Head Credit Review & Operation in 2004 and was appointed as Director in 2015. And reappointed as Director based on the Deed of PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk Meeting Decision Statement no. 147 dated 16 August 2022.

Born in 1965 in Jakarta, Hady Sutiono obtained his Diploma degree in Accounting from STIE Indonesia in 1987 and Bachelor of Management from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1996. His career of over 14 years in the automotive financing industry began as Credit Marketing Officer (1990-1994), Marketing Head (1994-1995), Account Acquisition Head-Branch (1995-1997), and Assistant Marketing Head ASMO Finance-DKI Jakarta (1997) of PT Astra Sedaya Finance, then served as Branch Manager (1997-1998) and Director (1998-2016) of PT Rama Multi Finance. His career continued as Director in PT Ajikarya Perkasa Pratama (2001-2008) and Vice President in PT Pan Pacific Oto Finance (2005-2013). Hady Sutiono joined PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk as Division Head-Marketing in 2014, and in 2016 he was appointed Director. And reappointed as Director based on the Deed of PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk Meeting Decision Statement no. 147 dated 16 August 2022.
Yunseong Lee

Yunseong Lee, born in South Korea in 1978, received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Seoul National University in 2002. He started his career as an Assistant Manager in Samsung Card (2002) and then joined Woori Card (2016) as Manager. He then got promoted again as Deputy General Manager in 2021. Mr. Yunseong Lee officially joined PT Woori Finance Indonesia through the GMS which was later legalized by Notary through Deed of Meeting Resolution Number 38 Dated 26 June 2024.
