Social Responsibility Related to Employment

PT WOORI FINANCE INDONESIA TBK believes that all of its employees are very important partners and greatly impact the Company's success. Therefore, providing and managing the basic needs of the Company's employees properly, especially to ensure that programs covering the employees’ health coverage, safety and welfare are in place, is the Company's top priority. In addition to principal coverage policies like BPJS (Government’s health insurance scheme) and employee’s income tax reporting, PT WOORI FINANCE INDONESIA TBK also extends financial assistance on occasions, such as deaths in the family, employee weddings, and births. During the pandemic Covid-19, PT WOORI FINANCE INDONESIA TBK provided free Covid-19 medical tests and also influenza vaccine for its employees.
