Products responsibility

One of the risks that Woori Finance Indonesia ( WFI ) could face in financing business are the risk of funding misuse that has been channeled from company to customers, for example money laundering and others.

Because of that, Company apply very strict inspection systems in work systems to prevent this kind of funding misuse. WFI also understand and realize that for this prevention the company it self hold a major responsibility. One of the prevention strategies are applies “Know Your Customers” Program or “Prinsip Mengenal Nasabah”. This program design to conduct validation for Customers credit application, includes complete data entry to make sure accuracy and suitability data and application, also various detailed checking in every stage in the process of financing.

Customers data consistently and routinely gathered and store in branch office and main office. With all new information technology that implement fully in 2016, all the work procedures can be carried out systematically fast and accurate.

Staffing Responsibilities

WFI understand that all the employees are important work partners and hold a major role to determine company success. Because of that, to provide and manage employees basic necessities at best especially relate to health safety and prosperity becomes company major priorities

Beside basic responsibilities policy such as Jamsostek, employees insurance trough BPJS (Social Security Administratif Body), also employees tax report management. WFI also distribute fund for certain needs, such as condolences donations, marriage donations, birth and others.

Social Responsibility Related to Society

Understanding its role as a part of society WFI also participate in various social program, particularly which aims to improve education for younger generations. This kind of contributions reflect on WFI commitment in various donations either financially or non financial. In general, company donations distributed trough Batavia Prosperindo Peduli Foundation, with other subsidiary company in form Group Batavia Prosperindo. In 2016 this foundation cope Sekolah Misi Bagi Bangsa (SMBB) program on Tanjung Uncang, Batu Aji, Batam. Building construction process have been completed in 2015 and inaugurated in 2016. Foster child program in the same school also involves WFI. This is the main company social service.
